• Conversation data: Messages you send to the AI career coach
• Usage data: How you interact with our service
• Payment information: Processed securely by Razorpay — we never store card details

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve the KarierAI service
• Personalise your career coaching experience
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send account-related emails (welcome, password reset)
• Improve our AI models to better serve Indian users

Your account data and conversation history are stored securely using Upstash Redis with encryption at rest. Our servers are located in the Asia-Pacific region for low latency in India.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only with:

• Anthropic: To power the AI responses (conversation data is processed per their privacy policy)
• Razorpay: To process payments securely
• Resend: To send transactional emails

We use minimal cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your conversation history

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Conversation history is stored for up to 12 months. You can delete individual conversations at any time from your chat interface.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure password hashing, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

KarierAI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by a prominent notice on our website.
